Top Work From Home Hairstyles for Men | 2020 Covid UPDATE

Bad hair days offline have seen better days…

Just because co-workers can’t see you, doesn’t mean you feel good with bad hair!

Working From Home has been a thing ALL year and it will continue from the sight of things. When it comes to looking good, it has become a non-essential thing to worry about since your co-workers, literally only need to show face via-zoom or some other work platform.

That being said, the feel-good feeling you get from dressing up and going to work still can take a toll on your confidence if you skip it.

So let’s talk about the bare minimum, the thing you should at least be doing - YOUR HAIR!

PRODUCT

Hair is really important. There are so many signs that can be seen from the shape of a man’s hair, that sometimes if baffles me the fact that some men still walk around with pillow head as it no one can notice it.

The least you can do is wash your hair. If I can see your sleeping pattern from the fall of your hair… You’re not winning.

You can get away with if you use some hair product the day before. That being said, use an easy to apply styling cream, like Chaptr and at least your hair will maintain its shapes even if you don’t shower first thing in the morning.

haircut

the main thing- your haircut

When it comes to a haircut, its really important to consider your lifestyle. Do you like spending time on your hair? Do you have time? Does it matter to you? This is important to ask yourself in particular because it can reflect how much money your spend on a haircut and/or the products your use.

A rule of thumb is to have 1 hair brush, 1 good hair styling product , and a go-to hairstyle. This can eliminate a lot of troubles when you’re on the go.

But now what you #WFH and barbershops are not fully open or fully booked if they are here are some haircuts I highly recommend.

Haircuts

Crew Cut

The crew cut is a classic and isn’t going away anytime soon. Try pairing your crew cut with faded sides or opting for the slightly longer Ivy League version. This will allow 0 chances for messy hair and you will need little to no hairstyling product.

Caesar Cut

Rocked by Julius Caesar himself, the Caesar cut has long been linked to power. To try this strong style for yourself, have your barber cut your hair short with a small, horizontal fringe. You can also consider adding a fade for a more updated take on this look. Here is a routine for frizzy and dry hair.

Disconnected Undercut

For those who want a short haircut with high impact, the disconnected undercut makes a fantastic choice. The stylish and eye-catching look features shaved sides with a longer length on top. It also looks great with a beard.

Pompadour

If you’re yet to try a pompadour hairstyle, this is your chance. To achieve the on-trend look, ask your barber to leave your hair long on top. Then, use pomade to style your hair up and back until you’ve created a stylish bulge on top of your head.

Mid Fade

For a standard fade look, opt for a mid fade cut. Transitioning from long to short around the temples, this haircut appears stylish and smart. You can also consider choosing a drop fade version, where the fade descends behind the ear to create an arc shape.

Low Fade

One of the best things about fade haircuts is that they can easily be tailored to suit your tastes. For example, if you want a look that’s understated yet still utterly stylish, the low fade haircut makes an excellent choice.

These options call for zero effort and are very easy to style. So, if you wake up late for the zoom call, all you need is a few extra seconds to make yourself presentable again.
